The ever-so charming London

If there is a place that has always caught my fancy, it has to be London, and this has nothing to do the British accent and men okay (maybe a little)!

A place with so much history, where the old charm still lingers on everywhere in the city, makes it one of the most fascinating places to visit in the world. Every corner of the city has a story to tell and is there for a significance and reason, which has been nicely blended into the modern civilization and evolution over the years as well.

The first thing that comes to anyone's mind when we mention Britain (London) are the royals and of course the Buckingham Palace. It stands there all in its glory, leaving people who visit it in awe.

Want a get a whole picturesque view of the entire city? What better way to do that than the London eye. So yeah, just do not miss out on this one time experience to take in the whole view of this amazing city.

The oh so famous Trafalgar Square is at its best with bustling crowds getting on with their day to day activities. There is never a dull moment at this place at any time of the day.

What else?? So so much more! The big ben, the London tubes, Harrods, city center, lakes, parks and what not! Everything about city has a feeling and I am sure you wouldn't want to miss that.

And hey, how can we forget my most favorite nursery rhyme, 'London bridge is falling down...' - I hope it never does fall again till the history of mankind lasts and the future how many ever generations to come, can experience this historical icon as well.

So take a stroll or go about in the local transportation, whichever works for you!

Would I live in London? Yes definitely, if I can afford it! But there are too many places that I want to live though. Life is so confusing, especially for third culture kids.

Which is your favorite city in the world and why? Do you want me to do a post on your city? Do let me know!

P.S. Got these pictures off a friend for which I am very grateful
