Hi guys,
I know its been a little longer than the usual, but been a little caught up with the whole festive thing. So I thought I will do a final post for this year and for this decade. Honestly, I don't know about you guys but I think I am done with this decade and can't wait for the next one to start (I am having some good vibes about this upcoming decadeee, like for reallll).
I didn't know to wrote a separate post for it or just wish in the previous one, but I thought it did deserve a post of its own. This whole decade was a learner and an eye-opener in a lot ways. I started it with just getting done with college to now, many years have passed where I have learnt a lot, seen a lot of ups and downs (maybe more of this, but no more!). However, it has been an experience of a lifetime and before it got over I started my blog, which I have been wanting for a very long time, so yea that is a plus, getting over my procrastination (yay!). Also, the main thing I did learn over these years is to love myself no matter what, that part of it has been a long tough journey, but a well needed one.
Anyhow, it is again the time of the year where we make resolutions, which are never going to keep, but it's cool, that way we at least know what we need to work on, whether we work on it or not :p. But how about making 2020 a little different and actually working on yourself? Doesn't have to be gym goals, summer body goals or monetary goals, it can just be something as simple as being kind to yourself and loving yourself. Start with that and the rest of it will follow anyhow.
Why don't we stop for a second and see where are we heading this coming year? In terms of our life, career, family, relationship, and basically everything around you. While doing this, it is also important to realize that you are very enough and doing the best you can, in your given situation, it maybe slow but it is still progress, you need to remember that. So, be kind and work towards your personal and internal growth more than anything. It doesn't always have to be the leaps, baby steps are equally good.
The only resolution you need to actually keep is loving yourself, no matter what throws at you. In the end what you do with what is given to you is what counts. And as they say, it is your book and your story, fill it up how ever you want, just make sure it is a good one, which you want to read! I believe there are great things ahead for those who never stop to dream and better themselves at every phase of life.
So, Happy holidays ya all: Merry Christmas and Happy New Year in advance. I shall see you guys on the other side of the decade! Get ready for some exciting posts. Can't wait to share more interesting stories with you guys. Hoping this year is everything that you always hoped for. Lots of love <3
P.S. How was your decade or last year? What lessons are you taking with you and what are you looking forward to the most in the coming year. Leave it in the comments below.
